All Sales Are Final
All purchases from Prolast are final. We do not offer refunds on any items. Please review your order carefully, including size, color, and specifications, before completing your purchase.
14-Day Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start an exchange, you can contact us at jack@prolast.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: 8639 Norwalk Blvd, Whittier, CA 90606, United States. If your exchange is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any exchange questions at jack@prolast.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
How Exchanges Work
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an exchange for the item you have. Once the exchange is approved and we receive your item, store credit will be issued for you to purchase a new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Store credit only — no refunds to original payment method.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you'll receive store credit within 10 business days. Store credit can be used on any future purchase at Prolast. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your exchange, please contact us at jack@prolast.com.
