Shipping policy

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on heavy bags only, shipped within the domestic United States.

Standard Delivery

We currently offer standard delivery only. Unless otherwise noted, your order should arrive in 3 to 14 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email. If an order is placed after 5:00pm (PST) on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday. For custom PROLAST® heavy bag orders, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. For PROLAST® custom boxing equipment made to order items, please allow up to 1 week for delivery.

All orders placed online are processed in the order received. Once your order has shipped, a tracking link or tracking number will be emailed to you.

International Delivery

International customers are welcome to place orders through our website. Shipping charges are not calculated at checkout. After your order is placed, we will send a shipping quote based on your destination and the items ordered. Your order will be processed once the shipping quote is approved and paid. If you would like a quote before placing an order, please email jack@prolast.com.

All international orders are shipped duty unpaid. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping quote.

Boxing Rings and Cages

All boxing rings and cages require freight shipping and cannot be quoted automatically at checkout. We can send a freight shipping quote after your order is placed, or you may contact us before ordering to receive a quote in advance.
